About DigiBox
DigiBox – Smart Locker is a secure, self-service kiosk that allows you to pick up your package at a place and time most convenient for you. No more worrying about packages left at your door while you’re out or stuck in traffic. The customers will be notified by SMS/email when their orders have been delivered, they can pick it up during a specific window of 48–72 hours.

We aim to redefine last-mile delivery in Bangladesh by offering safe, smart, and accessible locker solutions. Our vision is to build a future where every delivery is hassle-free and every customer enjoys peace of mind.
Why We Started
Receiving deliveries is always a hassle and a matter of being in the right place at the right time. Additionally, in Dhaka City, it is challenging for the delivery person to locate the recipient’s address owing to the city’s unmanaged addressing system. Both the delivery person and the recipient have to take equal pain to get to the correct address.
